Effect of Workload and Nurse Competency on Patient Safety Incidents and Application of 6 Patient Safety Goals as Intervening Variables

Patient safety is something that needs to be prioritized in health services. The goal of this study was examine nurses' workload and competence on patient incidents using the six goals as intervening variables. a cross-sectional at private hospital Tangerang February 2022. research subjects were all functional nurses hospital. There an influence between workload, nurse competence, implementation 6 (p<0.001). Low high can improve goals, which will reduce incidents.
